About the role

Provide excellent customer service to our Operators. Inspect trailers, reefers, and trucks to FMCSA standards. Refuel equipment when requested and track all fuel used. Account for all parts sold or used. Check the inside of empty trailers. Perform incentive-based "Extras" and replace tires as required.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 105 lbs, carry up to 85 lbs, and push/pull up to 115 lbs
• High school diploma or GED, or one to three months of related experience/training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong work history and mechanical knowledge
• Flexible schedule with ability to work nights and weekends
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Must pass a job-specific post-offer physical prior to employment
• Steel-toed footwear and safety glasses required in the shop

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing
• Frequent walking, head turning, stooping, squatting, reaching, and grasping
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 105 lbs and push/pull up to 115 lbs

• Both indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to varying weather conditions and chemical odors
• Results-oriented, fast-paced team environment
