Night Customer Team Member

We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Customer Team Member who enjoys working with a team and is passionate about offering excellent service and standards to our customers. Reporting directly to the Store Management Team, you will assist in delivering maximum sales and profit through continuous personal improvement and the provision of friendly, excellent service to customers, colleagues, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service in line with SPARkling Service standards
• Contribute ideas for driving the business and its team forward
• Use relevant processes and policies to ensure the security of people, stock, and cash
• Report all customer complaints to the manager on duty
• Comply with relevant legislation and health and food safety responsibilities as defined in the induction period and training

Pay

Up to £14.25 per hour (Night Rate), depending on age.

Schedule

Between 16 and 24 hours per week, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM.
