About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and hands-on Night Customer Team Member to join our SPAR store in Hillsbrough. This role involves working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service, maintain high standards, and contribute to the store’s success. You will report directly to the Store Management Team and assist in driving sales and profit through continuous improvement and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service in line with SPARkling Service standards.
• Contribute ideas for driving the business and team forward.
• Use relevant processes and policies to ensure the security of people, stock, and cash.
• Report all customer complaints to the manager on duty.
• Comply with relevant legislation and health and food safety responsibilities as defined during induction and training.

Requirements

• Minimum of 16 hours per week (potentially more if required by the store).
• Ability to work night shifts from 10 PM to 6 AM.
• Motivated, friendly, and enjoys working in a retail environment.

Pay

Up to £14.25 per hour (night rate, depending on age).

Schedule

Minimum of 16 hours per week, working night shifts from 10 PM to 6 AM.
