We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of district, purpose, etc. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". Must include only sections with real content. We have details: Position: Night Custodian, Hours: 8.0 hours per day, Building: District-Wide, Calendar: 261 days per year. Compensation and Benefits: $17.85 - $21.46, depending upon approved accepted experience; Longevity pay after 6 years; Annual COLA; Annual step; 11 paid holidays; 12 paid sick leave; 2 paid personal; 5 paid bereavement; Up to $2,193 per month district-paid contribution toward full-family medical, dental, vision; $500 per month opt-out stipend; Employee Assistance Program; 6% district-paid contribution towards Oregon PERS; $60 per month employer match into a tax sheltered annuity when employee contributes $35 per month. We need to include Pay and Benefits sections if content present. Pay: salary range. Benefits: list of benefits. Schedule: Hours per day, calendar days per year. About the role: district description, purpose, nature of work. Responsibilities: essential job functions list. Requirements: required qualifications, working conditions maybe. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading "Night Custodian". Use

for each section heading. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that. We must not include duplicated lines. We must preserve all substantive info. Let's craft sections:

About the role

THE DISTRICT School District #6 is located in the famous Rogue River Valley of Southern Oregon, nestled between the Cascade and Siskiyou Mountain ranges. The entire school district is being restructured with an eye toward further improving our already excellent program. Our goal is to add innovative and energetic teachers who are committed equally to kids and to educational improvement and who want to be part of creative decision making.

But note: The "About the role" might be better as description of the position. Could also include purpose statement: "The Custodian helps ensure the health and safety of students, staff, administrators and the public by maintaining District facilities in a clean, sanitary and orderly condition." That's more about role. We'll include that. Responsibilities: list of essential job functions. Requirements: Required Qualifications + Working Conditions. Pay: compensation range plus longevity, COLA, step. Benefits: list of benefits. Schedule: Hours per day, calendar days per year. We must not include sections with filler like "not specified". All have content. Let's extract details precisely.
