Night Crew Stocker

About the Role

A Night Stocker ensures the store remains fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing by replenishing merchandise on shelves. This behind-the-scenes role is key to creating an attractive shopping environment for customers. You’ll use tools such as box cutters, compactors, forklifts, and pallet jacks to complete tasks efficiently. Occasionally, you may also assist as a cashier or checker.

The work environment includes the sales floor, freezer, and refrigerator, and requires constant movement in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize merchandise on shelves to maintain a fresh and fully stocked store appearance.
• Operate approved tools (e.g., box cutters, compactors, forklifts, pallet jacks) to complete stocking tasks.
• Ensure the store remains clean, bright, and well-presented for customers.
• Assist as a cashier or checker when needed.
• Work in various environments, including the sales floor, freezer, and refrigerator.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced, constantly moving environment.
• Attention to detail in all tasks, big or small.
• Willingness to work in different environments (e.g., freezer, refrigerator, sales floor).
• Passion for food and its role in people’s lives.
