Night Crew Stocker

About the Role

A Night Stocker ensures the store remains fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing by organizing merchandise on shelves. This role involves using tools such as box cutters, compactors, forklifts, and pallet jacks to efficiently complete tasks. Behind-the-scenes efforts contribute directly to a positive shopping experience for customers. Occasionally, Night Stockers may also take on cashier or checker responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize merchandise on shelves to maintain a fresh and fully stocked store appearance.
• Operate approved tools, including box cutters, compactors, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
• Work in various environments, such as freezers, refrigerators, and the sales floor.
• Assist with maintaining store cleanliness and brightness.
• Occasionally perform cashier or checker duties.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Willingness to work in different environments, including freezers and refrigerators.
• Attention to detail and pride in work quality.
