Night Crew Stocker

About the Role

As a Stocker, your day revolves around keeping shelves filled and the store ready for customers. During daytime hours, you'll work on the sales floor, stocking products, organizing shelves, and assisting customers. Overnight shifts focus on preparing the store for the next day, including handling deliveries, restocking shelves, and resetting displays without customer interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Stock products on shelves and maintain display standards
• Assist customers with questions and locate items
• Move products from the backroom to the sales floor
• Rotate inventory and keep aisles clear
• Handle freight, restock shelves, and maintain clean work areas
• Monitor stock levels and maintain backroom organization
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and stocking processes

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers after training
• Basic math and communication skills
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred

Qualifications

• Customer Interaction Skills: Clear communication when assisting customers
• Stocking & Merchandising: Accurate product placement and display maintenance
• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with store layout, product locations, and pricing
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in stocking, rotation, labeling, and removing outdated products
• Organization & Time Management: Efficient workload management and maintaining clean, organized areas
• Equipment Use: Safe operation of pallet jacks, box cutters, and store equipment
• Inventory Awareness: Monitoring stock levels and backroom organization
• Operational Awareness: Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Adaptability: Comfort working varied shifts, including day, evening, or overnight schedules
• Physical Capability: Frequent lifting, carrying, and movement, including lifting up to 60 lbs
