Night Crew Manager
About the role
As a Night Crew Manager, you’re the driving force behind the store’s overnight transformation—ensuring shelves are stocked, aisles are clear, and the store is ready to welcome customers each morning. You lead and support your team in unloading freight, stocking shelves, maintaining inventory, and keeping the store clean and organized. You also play a critical role in store security, monitoring safety protocols and ensuring a secure environment during overnight hours. From ordering groceries with handheld devices to training team members and occasionally jumping in at the register, your leadership keeps the night crew running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the overnight team in unloading freight and stocking shelves
- Maintain inventory accuracy and store organization
- Monitor safety protocols and ensure a secure environment during overnight hours
- Order groceries using handheld devices
- Train team members and provide hands-on support as needed
- Occasionally assist at the register
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Prior experience leading others
- Willingness to obtain required certifications
- History of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience
- Ability to use time and resources efficiently and effectively
- Demonstrated integrity, pride, and passion in daily work

Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $27.11 per hour; starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
Schedule
This is an overnight position.
