Night Crew Maintenance Tech - Gestamp Chassis III

Key Responsibility

Improve department communication through turnover activity and interpersonal relations.

Increase productivity of department by managing troubleshooting, and PM activities through proper distribution of personnel resources.

Contribute to the 5S, housekeeping of the entire plant, including but not limited to, being on call for any oil spills, environmental problems.

Completion of miscellaneous duties and projects, excellent written and verbal skills.

Able to work shutdowns, Holidays.

Key Qualifications / Requirements

• Must be able to drive forklift and maintain certification.
• Must be able to work at heights.
• Must have strength and stamina to lift and maneuver heavy objects.
• Electrical 12-volt dc to 600-volt ac basic working knowledge.
• Problem Solving – Recognize and solve the malfunctioning of the machine and recognize and solve quality problems of formed part.
• Knowledge and Education HS diploma/GED + advanced technical training in electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and robotics.
• Prefers USDOL Journeyman’s certificate or equivalent work experience or skills training.
• Work Experience 5 years previous employment in a manufacturing environment – automotive preferred.
