Night Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA )

Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Shift: Night Shift | 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM

Schedule: 8-Hour Shift

Base Pay: $14.80–$20.40/hour (based on experience)

Shift Differential: + $2.00/hour for nights

Setting: Long-Term Care & Rehabilitation

What You'll Do:

• Provide hands-on care and nightly support to residents
• Auxiliary with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, repositioning, toileting)
• Monitor vital signs and observe for changes in condition
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Maintain a safe, calm, and clean environment
• Work collaboratively with licensed nurses and fellow team members
• Document care accurately and timely

What We’re Looking For:

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment (required)
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Caring, patient, and dependable personality
• Ability to work independently and stay organized overnight
