About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a hotel setting. Duties include room cleaning, inventory management, and assisting guests with their needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily room checks to ensure cleanliness and safety
• Manage guest requests and reservations
• Handle front desk transactions and cash handling
• Assist with housekeeping tasks as needed
• Conduct nightly inventory checks
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in hospitality or related field preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
