About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a hotel setting. Duties include room cleaning, inventory management, and assisting guests with their needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily room checks to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Manage guest requests and reservations
- Handle front desk transactions and cash handling
- Assist with housekeeping tasks as needed
- Conduct nightly inventory checks
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
Qualifications
