Description
Homewood Suites by Hilton is seeking a Night Auditor to manage front desk operations and serve as a key point of contact for guests and vendors. Key responsibilities include check-in/check-out, processing payments, providing information and assistance, and preparing reports.
Requirements
- Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
- Effective problem-solving skills, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving workplace issues
- Ability to identify and correct potential security problems (e.g., locking doors after hours)
- Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations
- Excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Physical demands: Regular standing for extended periods
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts from 9pm-7am, rotating 7 days on and 7 days off
