Night Audit (Part-Time)

About the role

The Junto is a modern‑day embodiment of Ben Franklin’s club for mutual improvement, offering a public gathering space where visitors, locals, entrepreneurs, and artists can exchange ideas and inspire one another. This position supports the hotel’s front‑desk operations, ensuring guests receive excellent service and the property is prepared for each day.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk orderly.
• Reconcile all accounts and process invoices.
• Balance the accounts from the day shift.
• Manage front‑desk activity, handling guest check‑ins and check‑outs.
• Schedule wake‑up calls and other concierge activities according to guest preferences.
• Balance and audit accounts for accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Handle guest requests and complaints, directing them to appropriate team members or departments.
• Answer all internal and external calls and inquiries.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a front‑desk or hospitality role (highly preferred).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
