Job Summary
At HCA Healthcare Summerville Hospital, you come first. The Registered Nurse (RN) under the direction of the Nursing Director or Supervisor is responsible for delivering quality patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN directs all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice and federal, state, and local regulations. The RN incorporates knowledge of patient's age-specific development and cultural values into the plan of care and contributes to quality nursing care through process improvement techniques and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- STABLE must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date (RN)
- Neonate Resuscitate, or Neonatal Resuscitation Program Instructor must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
