About the role

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a skilled NICU - RN for an exciting 13-week contract opportunity at the University of Tennessee Medical Center—a Level I Trauma Center, a Magnet-recognized hospital, and one of the top-ranked facilities in Eastern Tennessee!

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a highly trained, multidisciplinary care team
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonatal patients
• Adhere to infection control protocols
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted state license
• BLS Certification

Qualifications

• Experience in NICU setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• NICU-specific knowledge
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
