NICU Program Coordinator - $30-43 per hour

Location: El Paso, Texas. This is a full-time, day-shift staff position with ongoing duration.

About the role

The Coordinator of Programs is responsible for planning and leading activities to meet all regulatory, accreditation, and TenetHealth standards for assigned programs. The role involves improving operational functions to enable Tenet to meet standards, achieve best practices, and optimize patient outcomes. The Coordinator collaborates with the appropriate Corporate Team to ensure program success and compliance, and implements and monitors readiness activities for accreditation and certification surveys.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead activities to meet regulatory, accreditation, and TenetHealth standards for assigned programs
• Improve operational functions to support standards compliance, best practices, and patient outcomes
• Collaborate with Corporate Team to ensure program success and compliance
• Implement and monitor readiness activities for accreditation and certification surveys

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Physical Therapy, Laboratory Sciences, or other healthcare-related field
• 5 years of experience in profession
• Licensed as appropriate for education/profession (e.g., RN, PT) and AHA BLS certification
