Who Can Apply

• Current NHS Lothian or NHS Borders staff with a substantive post
• Nursing and Facilities roles will be considered for NHS Borders applicants at this time
• NHS Lothian remains open to all staff groups
• You must be applying for the same role as your current substantive post
• You must have completed your probation period

• Posts available: Bands 2 – 7

• You may choose to return at a lower band if preferred
• Applications must be submitted ONLY 6 weeks before your retirement date
• Do not apply to this advert if you will not be retiring within 6-8 weeks
