About the role
This position combines human resources and office administration responsibilities to support company operations and employee management.
Responsibilities
- Human Resources:
- Manage and update employee records and labor contracts, handling procedures for resignations, appointments, dismissals, and adjustments.
- Create and delete employee email accounts; reconcile email lists.
- Monitor timekeeping, annual leave, and employee benefits.
- Communicate company regulations, policies, and HR guidelines to all employees; address HR-related inquiries.
- Organize internal activities such as birthdays, holidays, training, and company trips.
- Prepare and submit documentation for labor changes, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, business licenses, work permits, and visas.
- Report labor changes periodically; compile monthly social insurance contributions; manage sick leave, maternity leave, insurance settlements, and health insurance cards; reconcile monthly reports for the labor department.
- Update and advise on changes in labor policies or laws.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as needed.
- Recruitment:
- Develop recruitment plans based on company needs.
- Execute recruitment tasks: posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Office Administration:
- Manage office assets, equipment, and facilities.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and tidy.
- Safeguard and use the company seal for document certification as required.
- Review and compile incoming invoices; track expenses, cash advances, and payments; retrieve bank statements; update financial information; and report cash flow.
- Assist with ordering office supplies, beverages, taxis, flights, hotels, printer ink, etc.
- Provide important documents upon request by management.
- Handle photocopying, printing (e.g., name cards, envelopes), scanning, notarization, document certification, translation, and spiral binding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Female, aged 25–35.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding English.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR-related regulations.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, honest, and responsible.

Schedule
Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 17:30 PM. Weekends off.
