Opportunity
As part of the Data and Analytics Engineering team, you will lead the development of innovative AI solutions that drive remarkable client outcomes. As a Manager, you will supervise, develop, and coach teams while managing client service accounts, securing the delivery of quality results that meet and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and secure the delivery of exceptional results
- Foster sturdy relationships with clients to understand their needs

- Confirm adherence to quality standards and established practices in deliverables
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- At least 4 years of experience
- Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics preferred
- Demonstrating exceptional team leadership abilities
- Managing client service accounts to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Fostering a collaborative environment for innovation
- Analyzing complex data sets for actionable insights
- Implementing industry standards for project management
- Cultivating relationships with clients to understand needs
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives within teams
- Understanding production-grade quality gates and monitoring
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics preferred
- Experience leading and delivering value in a high-pressure environment
- Proven ability to manage and coach teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in data and analytics engineering
Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
