About the role

The Zyter Nexus Fellows Program is a two-year rotational experience for exceptional early-career talent at the intersection of artificial intelligence, enterprise technology, and real-world business operations. Fellows join a high-performing global cohort and work on mission-critical problems from day one, contributing directly to the platforms, products, and partnerships shaping the future of healthcare and enterprise AI.

What Fellows Work On

  • Designing and deploying AI-driven workflows that operate in complex, regulated environments
  • Building and scaling enterprise software platforms used by major health plans, providers, and managed care organizations
  • Supporting high-stakes partnerships, go-to-market strategies, and transformation engagements
  • Developing the systems, data infrastructure, and operational processes that power real-world AI execution

Program Structure

  • Two-Year Rotational Experience: Fellows complete three to four rotations over the course of the program, each lasting approximately six months.
  • Rotation Areas: Fellows rotate through Product & Platform Development, Engineering & AI Systems Design, Customer Transformation & Implementation, Go-to-Market & Growth, Strategy & Innovation, and Marketing & Ecosystem Development.

Apprenticeship Model

The Program Operates As a True Apprenticeship: Fellows work directly with domain experts and senior leaders, not in siloed cohort programs. Work is real — contributing to client projects, platform builds, and strategic initiatives. Fellows develop both technical and business judgment through hands-on execution.

Development & Coaching

  • Fellows Receive Structured Support Throughout The Program: Monthly 1:1 coaching with their people manager (the Program Director), quarterly performance reviews with 2–3 targeted development areas per review, structured skill-building in AI systems and agentic architectures, product thinking, enterprise workflows, and leadership communication, continuous feedback from each rotation manager throughout each placement.

Leadership Exposure

  • Fellows have regular, direct access to Zyter's senior leadership team — including the CEO, product and engineering leaders, and cross-functional executives working on the company's most significant strategic initiatives.

We support OPT and H1B sponsorship (as applicable) for eligible candidates.

After the Program

  • At The End Of The Two-year Program, Fellows Transition Into Full-time Roles Aligned With Their Strengths, Interests, And Demonstrated Performance. Typical Paths Include: Product Management, AI Engineering & Platform Development, Transformation & Consulting, Go-to-Market Leadership, Strategy & Innovation
