Responsibilities

  • Complete PLACE Launch and training program
  • Execute weekly lead generation activities (calls, texts, database engagement)
  • Practice and improve scripts through weekly training and role play
  • Respond to and engage with online inquiries (including Zillow Preferred opportunities) in a timely, professional manner
  • Consult with buyers and begin converting to signed agreements
  • Shadow and learn how to consult with sellers and win listings
  • Track all activities and client interactions in PLACE Technology
  • Host a minimum of four open houses per month
  • Convert prospecting efforts into appointments
  • Attend weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls
  • Participate in team meetings and accountability standards
  • Continuously develop skills in pricing, negotiation, and client communication

Qualifications

  • Newly licensed (or actively working toward your license)
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a people-focused role
  • Comfortable talking to people and building relationships
  • Motivated by growth, income potential, and performance
