Responsibilities
- Engage with leads and start real conversations daily
- Shadow and run buyer consultations + appointments
- Show Homes And Work With Active Buyers
- Follow up consistently using team systems
- Attend daily coaching, training, and roleplay
- Build your pipeline with structure and support
Qualifications
- Active VA/NC real estate license (or about to be licensed)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Comfortable talking to people and building relationships
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
- Ready to treat this like a business—not a hobby
