Responsibilities

  • Show Homes And Work With Active Buyers
  • Follow up consistently using team systems
  • Attend daily coaching, training, and roleplay
  • Build your pipeline with structure and support

Qualifications

  • Active VA/NC real estate license (or about to be licensed)
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Comfortable talking to people and building relationships
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends
  • Ready to treat this like a business—not a hobby
