Newborn Hearing Screen Technician - Per Diem

Responsibilities

• Conduct newborn hearing screens in hospital rooms
• Help educate parents about the importance of the screen using video and printed materials
• Enter patient data and validate hearing screens as needed
• Confirm or reschedule outpatient appointments
• Follow up on equipment issues and train new staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• One to three months related experience preferred
• Experience working with infants preferred
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred
