New York Office – Stadium, Arena & Project Finance Transactions Associate

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in complex stadium, arena, and project finance transactions from inception through closing
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents
• Conduct due diligence
• Coordinate with specialists
• Manage closings
• Work directly with leading financial institutions and professional sports franchises

Qualifications

• Mid-level associate with 3–6 years of experience in sports finance, project finance, structured finance, or infrastructure finance
• Strong finance background
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Admitted to practice in New York
• Experience with stadium or arena financings is a significant plus
