The Operations Coordinator at Glowbar is responsible for keeping the studio networks stocked, growing, and running smoothly. This role involves managing inventory across the studio network, from purchase orders to e-commerce product ordering, and supporting new studio openings.

• Maintain and update operational playbooks, policies, and SOPs

Requirements

• 2+ years of operations experience
• Proven track record of superior customer service
• Quick study and high level of confidence working in a variety of systems and platforms
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Highly motivated and results-oriented
• Resourceful and creative
• Exceptional customer-first mindset, both internal and external
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing vendor and remote/offshore partner relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to travel to support New Studio Openings (approximately 20–30% of the time, with heavier travel during opening weeks)
