About the role

Primcura Healthcare is looking for Healthcare Assistants to work agency shifts across Kent & South East Kent. No previous care experience is required; the role is open to people new to the sector, returning to work, or anyone who wants a rewarding career in health and social care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support daily living activities.
• Assist with moving and handling.
• Offer meal and nutritional support.
• Facilitate social and recreational activities.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
• Support individuals’ independence and wellbeing.
• Follow care plans and individual support needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.

Requirements

• Right to Work documentation and completion of recruitment/compliance process.
