About the role

We are looking for stylists who love to grow their craft through a passion for education. At Suite 115 Salon, in-salon classes are held 3-5 times per year (all necessary CEU hours provided at no cost for employees).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality haircuts and styling services
• Grow your clientele to be promoted to Independent Contractor
• Join Suite 115 Salon as an independent contractor

Requirements

• Passion for education and growth in the hair industry
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a salon setting is preferred but not required

• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Customer service orientation
