About the role
Sine Qua Non Salons, Chicago’s Premier Non-Departmentalized Hairstylist Advanced Training Program is hiring a full-time or part-time hairstylist.
Responsibilities
- Be passionate about hair
- Be always accommodating, always helpful
- Be a style-focused individual, on top of current trends in hair and fashion
- Attend weekly paid advanced training classes
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Learn a strong technical and creative approach to hairdressing
- Throughout the week, work as a salon assistant at all locations
- Attend education events and coaching sessions
Requirements
- Passionate about hair
- Always accommodating and helpful
- Able to stay updated on current trends in hair and fashion
- Willingness to attend weekly paid advanced training classes
- Desire to provide excellent customer service
- Willingness to learn a strong technical and creative approach to hairdressing
- Ability to work as a salon assistant at all locations
- Interest in attending education events and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- Strong technical and creative skills in hairdressing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Experience in a similar role preferred but not required
