New Product Program Manager- Semiconductor Materials
NPI Program Leadership
Own end-to-end execution of NPI programs, including prioritization, planning, and delivery of business-critical projects.
Lead stage-gate processes, including business case reviews, technical maturity assessments, and commercialization readiness.
Drive program governance through structured reviews, stakeholder alignment, and clear decision-making frameworks.
Cross-Functional Execution
Lead collaboration across R&D, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, and customer-facing teams to deliver successful product outcomes.
Align technical development, manufacturing readiness, and customer requirements to meet program objectives.
Ensure effective coordination of resources, timelines, and deliverables across global teams.
Performance Tracking & Risk Management
Define, track, and report key program metrics, including technical maturity and customer adoption.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and successful product launches.
Maintain transparency of program status with leadership and stakeholders.
Customer & Business Alignment
Support customer adoption by aligning product configurations, timelines, and communication strategies with customer needs.
Partner with commercial teams to enable opportunity capture and successful product positioning in the market.
Process Improvement & Operational Support
Drive continuous improvement of NPI processes by streamlining workflows and removing execution barriers.
Support implementation of new products into manufacturing systems, including ERP, BOMs, and data management processes.
Ensure readiness of tools, instrumentation, and pilot processes to support commercialization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
- 3+ years of experience in new product development or technical program/project management
- Experience in semiconductor fabrication, preferably CMP-related processes and consumables
- Strong knowledge of stage-gate NPI processes and cross-functional program leadership
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and deliver results on time
- Demonstrated skills in risk management, stakeholder alignment, and program execution
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Pay
$125,500.00 - $157,000.00 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
