New & Pre-Owned Sales Associate

Now is your opportunity to join one of the elite sales teams in the automotive industry. The New & Pre-Owned Sales Associate is responsible for answering questions about the products and services the dealership offers with the purpose of making customers feel welcome and supported through the car-purchasing process.

Responsibilities

• Manage and sell new and used vehicles
• Present vehicles to customers, resulting in sales through effective communication and listening
• Assist customers in making purchase decisions by asking questions and understanding their needs
• Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and enhance the sales process
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Train additional sales associates once up to speed and work in a team environment

Requirements

• Must submit to a background check and drug test
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High energy, self-motivated, and enthusiastic throughout the workday
• Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections and negotiating pricing
• Strong customer service, communication skills, computer, and basic math skills
• Prior sales experience a plus

Pay

Commission-based with average earnings between $75,000 - $100,000 per year, paid weekly. Aggressive compensation plan with the ability to earn a six-figure salary.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 7:00pm, with rotating evenings and Saturdays. Hours and schedule may vary.
