New Patient Coordinator - MA
About the role
This position requires a Medical Assistant background and involves assigning new patients and hospital consultations to designated physicians, demonstrating working knowledge of all facets of the role, relevant regulations, and organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
The role performs other duties and projects as assigned, in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.
Qualifications
A High School diploma or GED is required, along with the ability to communicate effectively with physicians, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications, high interpersonal skills, and analytical ability to gather and summarize data for reports and solve administrative problems.
A valid Driver’s license in the state of residency is required for travel to clinics.

Schedule
Standard core workdays/hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime and weekend shifts based on location hours and operational needs.
