What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist new patients throughout the intake and registration process.
• Schedule initial appointments and coordinate with providers and clinical staff.
• Gather and verify patient demographics, insurance information, and required documentation.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient questions with professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain patient records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create a seamless patient experience from the very first interaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (required).
• Previous experience in a medical office, healthcare customer service, patient access, scheduling, or front office environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
