New Patient Coordinator

What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist new patients throughout the intake and registration process.
- Schedule initial appointments and coordinate with providers and clinical staff.
- Gather and verify patient demographics, insurance information, and required documentation.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient questions with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain patient records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create a seamless patient experience from the very first interaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (required).
- Previous experience in a medical office, healthcare customer service, patient access, scheduling, or front office environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
