Responsibilities

• Generate your own business using proven prospecting systems
• Run files from start to finish using actual mechanics of origination
• Learn lender options and software through the Satori Inner Circle
• Participate in weekly calls with experienced producers to share what’s working
• Receive personalized support from pod leaders on real borrower calls and with agents and builders
• Access to advanced AI tools like Gemini through Google Workspace

Requirements

• Existing network of contacts
• Self-starter with the ability to generate your own business
• Genuinely coachable and open to feedback
• Ready to work in a 100% commission business with real upside

Qualifications

• Pass NMLS exam or currently studying
• Experience in real estate, sales, or building community relationships
• Willingness to invest in yourself and learn a new craft
