Responsibilities

• Generate your own business using proven prospecting systems
• Learn the actual mechanics of origination: how to run a file start to finish, the lender options, the software
• Run live borrower calls and agent/builder meetings over Zoom with support from pod leaders
• Access to hands-on training and custom GPTs for winning agent partnerships

Requirements

• Existing network and contacts
• Self-starter willing to generate your own business
• Genuinely coachable

• Ready to work in a 100% commission business with real upside and no income caps
