Responsibilities
- Generate your own business using proven prospecting systems
- Learn the actual mechanics of origination: how to run a file start to finish, the lender options, the software
- Run live borrower calls and agent/builder meetings over Zoom with a pod leader’s support
- Access to hands-on training and custom GPTs to use Gemini through Google Workspace
- Learn from experienced producers during weekly calls and pod leader support
Requirements
- Existing network of contacts
- Self-starter willing to generate your own business
- Genuinely coachable
Qualifications
- Ready to work in a 100% commission business with real upside and no income caps
