Off-Site School Age Programs
- Situated in 14 elementary schools throughout Southern NH, including Auburn, Bedford, Candia, Dunbarton, Hooksett, Manchester, Milford, and Weare
- Hours of operation: 6:45-8:45am and 2:00-6:00pm, Monday through Friday
- Flexible and part-time schedules available

- Site Coordinators ($18-23)
- Sub/Travelers ($15-21)
What You'll Do
Your role at New Morning Schools will be multifaceted and engaging, with various responsibilities that will keep you on your toes. As a valued member of our team, your duties will include:
- Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for our young charges and their staff
- Providing guidance and encouragement to promote positive behavior
- Welcomeing parents and children daily, making them feel right at home
- Training and mentoring new staff members to ensure a seamless onboarding process
- Participating in regular staff meetings at your program and the NMS main office to stay informed and connected
- Following the daily staff assignments to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Communicating effectively with the office to address any questions or concerns
- Occasionally substituting for staff at another location when needed
Requirements
- Site Coordinators and Site Directors: 1000-2000 hours of experience, along with 6-12 college credits in ECE/EDU, or an associate's degree or higher in the education or recreational field
- Group Leaders and Program Administrators: 600 hours of experience working with children or 3 college credits in ECE/EDU
- Assistant Group Leaders: No prior experience needed; we'll train you on the job!
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with school-age children, ideally with a minimum of one to two years under your belt
- CPR and First Aid certification - don't worry if you're not certified yet; we'll provide the training to get you up to speed!
