Responsibilities

Some exposure to AML/KYC processes in a retail banking environment
At least 2 years’ experience in managing a sales team of similar size, or 3-4 years experience in a frontline sales environment.

• Understanding of relevant legislation such as KYC, Anti-Money laundering, banking code, service standards, health & safety standards
• Sound knowledge of the bank's internal departments, systems & procedures
• Understanding of competitor products and services
