New Jersey Telemedicine - Primary Care Provider

About the role

Circle Medical is an adult-only primary care practice dedicated to providing high-quality, continuous care through a telemedicine-first approach. We leverage our proprietary, HIPAA-compliant Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to offer two-way, video-audio appointments that enhance the patient-provider experience.

Responsibilities

- Provide telemedicine services to adult patients - Empanel patients for high-quality, continuous care - Utilize Circle Medical’s proprietary EHR system - Work within a supportive team of patient care advocates and a licensed medical team - Possess a high degree of technical skill and an open mind to new technologies

Requirements

- Completed an accredited nursing or medical program with national certification - Licensed in New Jersey with the ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed - Valid New Jersey DEA registration in good standing with all schedules to prescribe medications, including S2 - At least 3 years post-residency practice experience for APPs, at least 2 years for Physicians - Board certified in Family or Internal Medicine - Strong commitment to evidence-based medicine - Willingness to diagnose and treat a variety of adult/primary care conditions - Ability to see patients in-person once every 3 months

Benefits

- Fee-for-service pay model - MD/DOs earn an average of $100/hr or $200/hr, respectively, with appointments lasting from 15 to 30 minutes - MDs/DOs compensation is $50 per encounter, plus a robust incentive program - APPs earn an average of $66/hr to $132/hr, with compensation of $33 per encounter - 7-day-a-week operation with flexible scheduling options - In-network with most PPO insurance plans and assistance with patient coverage education

Pay

- Fee-for-service model - MD/DOs: $100/hr or $200/hr, appointments 15-30 mins - APPs: $66/hr to $132/hr, encounters compensated at $33 each

Schedule

- Flexible recurring schedules within any combination of days, including evenings and weekends
