What You'll Do
- Guide homebuyers through the new home sales process
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Proactive prospecting, marketing, and promoting new business
- Proactive follow-up with prospective homeowners
- Maintaining a relationship with the realtor community
- Working and communicating effectively with prospective homebuyers, realtors, homeowners, and team members
- Understanding the loan process to present to prospective homeowners
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and some holidays is required
- 2 or more years of new-home sales experience
- Strong communication skills: both verbal and written; with the ability to speak in pictures
- A proven background in prospecting
- Able to develop and execute successful marketing strategies
- Commitment to act with integrity
- Proven closing and negotiating skills
- Able to follow through with commitments
- Able to work as part of a team, as well as individually
- Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
