New Home Sales Specialist
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced licensed New Home Sales Specialist to join our team in the Lillington, NC area. This role offers a competitive benefits package and a family-friendly work environment. The ideal candidate will leverage their Real Estate Sales experience to guide potential buyers through the homebuying process, fostering long-lasting relationships with clients.
What you’ll do
- Maintain and analyze data and trends
- Determine new home prices, home site premiums, and release of home sites
- Complete scheduled sales activities including tracking “Home Definition Due” dates, slot scheduling, finalizing options and selections, confirming homeowner orientation and final loan approval
- Ensure community plat board is updated and maintain records of potential buyers within established software systems
- Develop and maintain a consistent Realtor outreach and networking program, implement marketing campaigns, demonstrate amenities, and manage records of product development changes
- Communicate website updates and assist with the mortgage loan process
- Participate in weekly Community Builder Meetings and host grand openings and homeowner events
- Manage FMLS responsibilities and ensure appropriate community signage
Minimum Job Requirements
- High School Diploma
- North Carolina Real Estate License
- Minimum of 3 years in residential home sales, with new home sales experience preferred
- Microsoft Office and internet proficiency
