About the role
Full-time co-op/internship position available. Work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside an Elite Coach to learn Fischer Homes new home sales process.
- Ensure our communities, models, and market homes serve as exceptional sales tools.
- Complete Sales eLearning courses, including a full practice demonstrating the sales process.
- Shop competitors to understand our unique selling features.
- Cook up community and Realtor events with the Elite Coach.
- Conduct prospecting calls with the Elite Coach.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service.
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Desire to connect and build valuable relationships with new individuals frequently.
- Will work weekends with consistent 2 weekdays off.
Skills
- Enjoy prospecting, presenting to, listening to, and closing our home buyers.
- Possess a persuasive communication style to obtain buy-in from customers.
- Navigate a great deal of change, pressure, and shifting priorities to accomplish your goals.
