Responsibilities
- Engage with potential buyers, showcasing our beautiful new homes
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with our marketing team to generate leads
- Establish rapport and conduct needs analysis to help customers achieve the American dream
Requirements
At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Tenacity and drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectively
- Current top performers have come from luxury sales, pharmaceuticals, high end auto, or cellular sales

Pay
Lucrative commission-based compensation: successful reps hitting goals earn over $200,000, top performers earn over $300,000. Upon successful completion of the training program, the role transitions to 100% commission based, where successful Sales Consultants can earn $200,000+. During training, the pay rate is $34.62 per hour.
