What You'll Do

• Engage with potential buyers, showcasing our beautiful new homes
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with our marketing team to generate leads
• Establish rapport and conduct needs analysis to help customers achieve the American dream

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Tenacity and drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectively
• Current top performers have come from luxury sales, pharmaceuticals, high-end auto, or cellular sales

Pay

Lucrative commission-based compensation; successful reps hitting goals earn over $200,000, and top performers earn over $300,000. Upon successful completion of the training program, this role will transition to 100% commission based, where successful Sales Consultants can earn $200,000+. During training, the pay rate is $34.62 per hour.
