Join Our Team: Sales Representatives for New Homes. We are seeking dynamic Sales Representatives to join our Ryan Homes team. No real estate experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential buyers, showcasing our beautiful new homes
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with our marketing team to generate leads
- Establish rapport and conduct needs analysis to help customers achieve the American dream
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Tenacity and drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectively

Pay
During training, the pay rate is $34.62 per hour. Upon successful completion of the training program, this role will transition to 100% commission based, where successful Sales Consultants can earn $200,000+.
