New Home Sales Consultant
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those headings. We can also include "Qualifications" and "Skills" maybe combined. But we have "What We’re Looking For" which is qualifications/skills. Could split into Qualifications and Skills but we can just use one heading "Qualifications". Or we could have both Qualifications and Skills but we need content. Safer to use "Qualifications". Also "About the role" from brief description. "Responsibilities" from What You’ll Do. "Requirements" from Requirements. "Benefits" from Summary benefits. Possibly also "Culture" but not in list; but we could omit or include as part of About the role. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine culture into About the role or maybe skip.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that paragraph at end.
Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive info: So we need to include details from each bullet.
Let's extract content.

The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The URL is substantive? It's a reference; could keep as part of About the role or maybe as a link. But we can keep as plain text.
We must not include EEO etc. The last paragraph about equal-opportunity employer should be removed.
