We're seeking a New Home Sales Consultant to drive success at our Lexington Parc community. Ideal candidates are confident, coachable, and motivated to work in a commission-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Guide homebuyers through the home buying process using the LGI way
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Enjoy unlimited earning potential and competitive commissions
- Receive a car and phone allowance
- Participate in an aggressive bonus structure
- Work weekends as part of this position
Requirements
- Proven sales track record
- Competitive spirit and passion for results
- Experience in a commission-based role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both in-person and on the phone
