Requirements
- Proven sales track record and a competitive spirit.
- Passion for achieving great results.
- Experience in a commission‑based role (preferred).
- Strong communication skills for face‑to‑face and phone interactions.

Compensation
- Total compensation range: $162,792 – $267,792+ with uncapped potential (based on $7‑$11 million in volume closed with a 2% commission).
- Commission: 2% on all closed sales.
- Recoverable draw: $12,000 per quarter, offset against earned commissions.
- Bonus structure: $5,000 – $75,000 based on number of units closed within a calendar year.
- Paid training: 100 days of training pay totaling $13,292.64 (equivalent to $48,000 per year), paid bi‑weekly.
