About the role
Join an award-winning team! Grand Homes, a two-time winner of America's Best Builder, is seeking energetic, driven, and customer-focused New Home Sales Consultants to join our award-winning team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with an experienced sales professional in a beautifully appointed model home within one of our 30+ premier communities across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
- Guide homebuyers through one of life's most important decisions while building lasting relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and positive attitude
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Previous commission-based sales experience; new home sales experience preferred
- Professional demeanor and presentation
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn company systems
- Reliable access to a smartphone with email capability
- Able to attend Grand Homes New Home Sales Training classes

Pay
- Base salary plus commission opportunity during the first three months
- Commission-based earnings after the initial three-month training period
