Responsibilities

• Partner with an experienced sales professional in a beautifully appointed model home within one of our 30+ premier communities across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
• Guide homebuyers through one of life's most important decisions while building lasting relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, energetic, and positive attitude
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Previous commission-based sales experience; new home sales experience preferred
• Professional demeanor and presentation
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn company systems
• Reliable access to a smartphone with email capability
• Able to attend Grand Homes New Home Sales Training classes
